Very yummy food. When I had ordered I ordered the berry almond oatmeal and the woman at the cashier had rang in a parfait, messing up on her end. When the food was brought out I explained that I asked for the oatmeal and they took the parfait and the homosexual manager had brought out the oatmeal. After he placed it down he asked to see the receipt because he stated there was a price difference between the two. When I stated that it wasn’t my fault and it was hers for ringing it up wrong he told me that “well I trust her and the two are very similar so it’s going to be two dollars more”. Being a server myself, and the attitude and disrespect that this ‘wannabe manager’ showed towards me was so unacceptable, especially since the ‘customer is always right’ in any situation. Luckily the food is good enough, but the homosexual manager needs some retraining or be demoted. He was a joke. Thanks.
Always a pleasure to visit the Corner Bakery. Service is great and good is even better. Favorite place to eat for a quick meal.Really enjoy sitting outside enjoying a meal.
I️ was pleasantly surprised! I️ have tried this chain in Utah and did not like it. I️ usually like Panera, but lately their quality and service have gotten bad. I️ was craving a light sandwich and soup and the Corner Bakery did not disappoint. I️ got a chicken club panini and tortilla soup. The panini was great and the soup was full of flavor and the perfect size. The soup was a bit spicy. I️ also had hot chocolate and cinnamon cream cake. The girl at the counter was kind enough to ask what kind of dairy I wanted it mixed with. They do have a Soy option. I️ have never had anyone ask that, so I️ was delighted that she asked as I️ can’t tolerate the milk. The cinnamon cream cake was dried out, I️ didn’t finish it. Their facility was clean and the staff was great. A nice place for a quick bite.
Management sucks. I've been getting their chocolate chip cookies for years. From the locations in Chicago, to Georgia to Florida. In Chicago and Georgia, a dozen of cookies cost $10. But in Florida it's $14.99. I've always called and ordered a dozen for YEARS! The Florida location can't seem to get it right. It's ALWAYS an issue when ordering a dozen. I ask for fresh cookies and I seem to always not get what I ask for.
Corner bakery made lunch for my law school luncheon and it was so good I had to find out who they were. I have been going ever since. Great food and excellent service. Very clean restaurant too!
