Visited earlier today and the male manager was extremely rude and selfish. He was not helpful and spoke in a negative tone. I told him I was interested in exchanging some clothing out I previously purchased, but he seemed too concerned with organizing clothes than helping people and showing true customer service. Later on, I tried asking him a question, but he rolled his eyes and told somebody else to come and help me. I have been a regular at this Express location for awhile (I even used to work there!), but I will no longer be supporting their business as he does not display customer service values and actions. There is no need to be rude/arrogant to customers when customers are the reason your job exists!
