Made an appt for my daughter. Took the day off when I got there and I was filling out the paperwork one of their forms is that they must keep a credit card on file. I'm sorry but I will not give up my cc Info to be kept on file in a piece of paper where it can be accessed by anyone at any time. Never the less they told me it was company policy and send me on my way. I lost a day of work they lost a HUGE case all for me not giving up my cc info. I will never recommend anyone to this office.
Dr. Arnold Dentistry office in Brandon is the best! Dr. Arnold is an excellent dentist and highly knowledgeable. He is up-to-date on new procedures and always looking out for what’s best for his patients. He always puts his patients at ease – because going to the dentist is not fun! And he can be very funny – which helps scared or frightened patients (like me). His office is always clean. All rooms are equipped with televisions to help you relax, making you very comfortable during your visit.

I just had my initial visit and was very pleased with Dr. Arnold and his staff. They treat you like a real person not just a set of teeth. I waited 10 minutes max. to be seen. I'm going back for a crown tomorrow (ugh) , will update after.

His entire office staff are amazing – from front desk to hygienists’! Scheduling appointments are easy as they always try to work you in and reminders are sent electronically. Wait time is minimal! I always recommend Dr. Arnold to my friends or to anyone looking for an excellent dentist! I highly recommend Arnold Dentistry!
