I called to schedule an appointment for installation of a security camera. The girl was quite pleasant on the phone and set me up for same day visit which was quoted at a 2pm-4pm arrival window. I made plans with my job to allow me to go home early to be there. I receive a phone call about 1:00 telling me that they won’t be able to make it out to me! Who does that!?!? I feel they should have known at the time of our phone call that today would not work for them. Now I have clocked out and am missing work for nothing! Thanks for nothing Brandon Electric
We had a great experience with Brandon Electric. We were closing on the sale of our home and had a few things that needed to be fixed. They came out and gave us a fair estimate and we booked the work the next week. Our electrician (Brandon I believe was his name) was efficient and thorough and did a great job. We will definitely use them again for our electrical needs.
