I've been to 1st Care multiple times over the last few years for a variety of different reasonably . The staff is friendly and you are tended to fast and professionally. It's a no muss or fuss experience where in most cases today getting in to see any doctor takes forever (sometimes even weeks!).
Very bad service. Very expensive. Manager is not available most of the time. The night shift doctor was not helpful. Nurse can't operate the EKG macine. Not a good place to treat people in case of emergency....

This place is great. They take great care of you. The staff is amazing and very helpful.
This was my first time coming here and the experience was great. the front desk staff was amazing, very polite and friendly. The staff made me feel like I have been coming here all my life. It was a Sunday and I think I waited less than 30 minutes. The doctor that saw me was just as friendly as the front desk staff and was able to answer all my questions and was able to prescribe some antibiotics and a cough suppressant. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours and when I got in my car I called my pharmacy who was already working on my prescription. all in all a great experience. I hope I don't get sick again but if I do I definitely found the best place to go.
