During the process, I always felt driven toward resolution, instead of a fight, and this is what was desired. Ultimately, this resulted in a satisfactory outcome that was affordable and expedient. I appreciated this approach, as it takes an attorney with integrity to do business this way.
He also has a capable staff which benefits the client in managing costs. Dayna (his legal assistant) was always available to answer questions and do much of the needed work. She did an excellent job.
