I left a number to call back and they literally let the phone ring once and then they hung up the phone giving me no chance to answer the call. Now I'm on hold for a second time. Very unpleased.

Very quick and friendly service. Then we discover that the clerk has recorded the wrong parties associated with the transaction. We're stuck on hold waiting for the clerk's office to correct all the documents and reissue the documents reflecting the correct parties. Quick and friendly doesn't mean much if they are incorrect. I will give the office credit for admitting "we messed up."
