I ordered my pizza online and redeemed my accumulated points for a free brownie, but when my order got to me there was no brownie. I called the store and they were very unprofessional. They told me that they could not help me and that I would have to go online and figure it out. The ONLY reason I ordered from them was to redeem my free brownie, now I ended up paying a $4.00 delivery fee JUST for a MEDIUM PIZZA. It was very unprofessional the way they handled the situation, the woman on the phone called out to her manager rather than putting me on hold which shows the lack of professionalism. I wouldn't waste your money here.
I tried to work for him but when they told me that they needed full coverage insurance not a problem so I got full coverage insurance through my insurance company and then I find out that they won't use my insurance companies I wasted all my money and all my time trying to work for this company at Papa John's the compounder says that this is the best company to work for because they say they're like family. If this is what family does to you and waits for you to put your money out to go to work for them then maybe they should not be family no more I know it's pretty rude after all I did trying to work for their company
Ordered online and it said 115-120 minutes. I live less then 3 miles away. I understand it's Brandon, but I could drive to St. Pete, order meal and be eating in 2 hours. Back to Marcos.
So impressed with this place! After hurricane Irma every place was closed or packed with long wait lines. We came by Papa John's and they brought their A game! Only took 15 minutes for our pizza and it was super hot and fresh, which was so nice considering how hungry we were!! We can't thank you enough. You are my new favorite pizza place.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza online with my Birthday Papa Johns points and got Pepperoni and Double bacon, when we purposely didn't get bacon because one person cannot eat bacon. When we called to let them know the mistake, they didn't offer to replace the pizza or refund me for the 'double Bacon's that I didn't order. I had to ask for a replacement pizza and when I did, they told me that I would have to return the pizza that the coworkers that were on lunch already startedbeatimg not knowing that that wasn't the pizza that wasn't ordered because they only have a certain amount of time on lunch and was trying to hurry and eat before their time was up. So in the end, no more Papa Johns for us!
