Vintage has been extremely responsive and easy to deal with, even as a distant landlord from California. Tracy, my account rep, usually responds within minutes and follows up without me having to make a second request. She's great. I'd highly recommend Vintage to others looking for a property manager.

After moving out of state, I've had my house on and off the market a few times. I was not looking forward to the selling experience when I decided ti try again. Luckily, a good friend of mine recommended Becky to me. I couldn't believe the difference! Becky is kind, thoughtful, very professional and knows her business. Becky suggested a price for my home that was higher than I thought it would sell and reassured me the price was right. Guess what? The buyer entered an offer for the exact amount Becky recommended which was $25k higher than I planned to list it for.
