The next morning, I contacted the office and was concerned that the repair wasn’t completed. Damien, (manager) advised the repair was completed and recommended that I paint the spot in the ceiling and monitor the situation. If anything showed and the leak was still present, just give them a call back.
I even offered to pay if they would dispatch someone diagnose the leak, I was told they would review my request, but never called me back.
Sadly, did a poor job and have no respect for customers. I was impressed with Damien and the fact that he when up in my attic and located the leak, even took photos. They sent two gentlemen late in the afternoon a week later and five minutes after they arrived, a fast paced thunder storm came into the area forcing the repairmen off the roof.
Certified Roofers is such a great company to work with. It is family owned and operated which I found to be very admirable. They did a roof for my home a couple months back and it came out wonderful. They work quickly and efficiently and has the job done in no time. After the hurricane we had a few issues and I called Stephanie, she was extremely sweet and helpful and took care of my situation right away, I called on a Tuesday and they had someone out that same week. I really have no complaints when it comes to this company. I would highly recommend for any roofing needs.
Well, low and behold, I still have a leak. After repeated calls over two days, I was informed that they didn’t offer a warranty for the $250.00 repair. It’s ashamed that they didn’t see the point that the original leak was not addressed and all that I was requesting is help with my roof leak.
We could not be more pleased with Certified Roofers! They respond quickly to inquiries and have a genuine concern for their customers. Their work is high quality and we recommend them to all of our friends. They are very professional and have exceeded all of our expectations.

I found Certified to be incredibly professional with the highest level of customer service. Throughout the process they never pushed us and just provided us with the information to make the decisions that best met our needs. They provided detailed pictures of the process. Job well done and would highly recommend to everyone.
