I had the worst customer service experience w/ store mgr maria lime. She treated me like a criminal refusing to take back a shirt claiming I had worn it I told her I did not and she sat there arguing with me about it for 10 mintues. I have never been treated like that @ any store before. Their Clothes are cheap and not worth the money. I had to exchange my pants bc when I got them home I saw they were ripped. I guess according to her that was my fault too bc she claims they don't sale stuff that is damaged. If your planning on shopping somewhere just go to forever 21. They have no sense of what customer service is.
Asked for my id when I wanted purchase a shirt first time asked for my id like really not like it was a expensive store I had to leave because I forgot my id in the car
Customer service was terrible and frankly a bit discrimanatory. My fiance and I went in to check this store out and I began trying on a few items. I wanted my fiance's opinion on the clothes so I asked him to stand against the wall by the only section of fitting rooms. He was immediately told he couldn't be there because he was a man. I looked to see if it said women's fitting rooms which it did not and asked the woman are men not allowed to buy things here? Which was a loaded question, just because the clothing is targeted towards women does not mean they can bar men from their store and they have to accommodate men the same as women. The woman began nodding her head implying men can't shop there and she must have seen the look on my face because she realized what she was saying was illegal and quickly backtracked to saying that men can be in there if they are trying on clothing. Then my fiance was left standing outside by the clothing racks and I had to come out to get his opinion. He began feeling ill and sat down on an empty display bench nearby (he recently passed out and broke his jaw so he was attempting to be cautious). Another employee came and started telling him off for sitting on the displays to which he responded by standing and saying sorry. The woman ignored his apologies and continued to berate him for simply sitting. He certainly felt descriminated against during our entire experience in this store. Am I supposed to chain him outside like a dog while I shop? I enjoy shopping with my significant other as an active participant but this store seems to not like men to be present at all.
Horrible customer service. The lady is blocking the dressing room, so I asked if there's an open room & she, with her stank face said NO with her nasty attitude. Umm get a different job if u don't wanna be around people
They need to hire people that want to work and don't mind being around others. Asked for a dressing room and the lady didn't even acknowledge me she just opened up a dressing room . I tried opening the door to show my boyfriend the shirt i tried on and she gave us a stank look, stood in front of the door and didnt let him see me . Didnt feel comfortable at all . When i came out she just stood there with a nasty look on her face as if she was being forced to work there. I'm sure i can find another store that will treat me better. It was a very bad shopping experience!
