I'd do 0 if I could!! I called a week ago to make SURE they fixed the type of watch I have, just a $10 battery replacement!! I gave model number, etc. then I drove 45min to get it fixed. I show up and they say "oh we can't fix that, has to be sent out" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? So I had to go somewhere else and pay 4x the amount !! Fossil, start hiring people who know what they are doing! And not lie to people and waste time!
