Pleasant employees. I forgot a BOGO item and the bag person went and retrieved it for me. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the items stocked on the shelves.
Called to see when seafood stops steaming seafood, was told preferably before 9 but anytime before close as long as not a ridiculous amount. Showed at 9:07 pm for 5 crab legs. The lady at the counter did not offer them steamed and handed them to me frozen. After confusion she told me she doesn't steam after 9 and that she needs to know if she is cooking food because pricing is different. I would have ordered this way if she offered. Understanding her frustration I tried to explain what I was told on the phone. She told me I was wrong and should be happy I'm still getting my cooked steamed food. Next time I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Like i would really LOVE to give you 5 stars but until you fix the problem of having 10 people working in the deli and only two of them actually providing service to your customers is why you only get 4 [and I'm being generous because everything else in this store is above reproach]! Maybe one day, but thank goodness for online ordering, although even that's a hit & miss..
Cashiers have always been very sweet to me. Manager even bagged my bags. He died the tops of my mom's so we didn't get them confused lol... a little pricier than Wal-Mart but I'll pay the extra few bucks when I can for the options and awesome customer service.
Always busy and not staffed for the amount of people in the store. Always have to wait for check out and store is not stocked very well. I love Publix but this is my least favorite.
