This location is awesome! Their customer service is wonderful! Claudia is the BEST!!!! She was so helpful & understanding during a hard time when my car was considered a total loss & we needed a rental. Thank you so much!!! We need more people like Claudia!!!!
Convenient location, except they have issues with parking. It is inside the Fiat Dealership building, and the office is clean and you can get free coffee while you wait. Overall the staff is very friendly, and easy to work with. I did have to wait over 20 minutes for them to clean the car before renting it to me, but the car was great and the check-in after my rental week was painless and relatively quick. I'll certainly use this location and Enterprise again if/when I need to rent a car in the future.
At around 4:15pm on 7/19/16 I went to pick up an intermediate car & was very disappointed. I had gone to this Enterprise because of positive past experience with an Enterprise on Adamo Dr. About 5 days prior, I had spoken with a male customer rep, at the Causeway Blvd location, & made a reservation to pick up the car. Upon my arrival, I found that Enterprise had not prepared the intermediate car for me to pick up. A different guy led me & my wife around the Enterprise parking looking for a car. We finally found & settled on a car only to find out the tags were expired. They looked for up-to-date tags for the car & failed to find any. The only other intermediate car there was "being serviced". The guy tried to upgrade me at an additional cost but I declined. I HAD to settle for the car that was being "serviced" (I was leaving on my trip very early the next morning). The car was dirty inside & out. The "Service Car Soon" light would come on every time I started the car. The "low wind shield wiper fluid level" warning light would also continue to come on. While the car performed well on the trip, I was not impressed with the customer service. The lack of being prepared to service the customer was unprofessional. I had expected, having reserved a car a few days earlier, that I would sign for the car & be on my way. Instead, I was there about an hour with a guy who was pushing me to sign some paperwork & run my credit card for a car sight unseen. I will not use this Enterprise Rental Car location in the future.
I rented the vehicle to travel over the Thanksgiving weekend. Both the pick-up and drop-off were smooth transactions. When I noted an issue with the vehicle, the manager addressed it promptly and was very apologetic. This is my 4th time renting from this location and I highly recommend this business.
Horrible Enterprise they over charged me for a rental twice on my credit card. They kept taking toll fees off o my account unauthorized months later even when I wasn't even going thru any tolls. I went to the office they where training a little girl who called me out of my name and even called her mother up there to fight me with her gym shoes on. They are ghetto and they need to fire the new black girl and I'm bot racist I just don't remember her name
