While detailing the inside of my car, I saw the young man fling things out of my cup holder on to the ground outside. He looked out, saw them, but proceeded to clean other areas never picking the cards up off the ground. These were rewards cards for various places like CVS etc. I was sitting outside with several others who observed. I had already left a tip but rest assured that if I could have reached back into the box to take it out I would have done so.
I called to see if maybe they set my items aside, simply forgot to put them back in my car, but no they've lost them, or someone took them. No returned calls, no offer to replace, nothing! I'll not be returning and I'll strongly advise others not to go either.
Do not go here unless you want your car destroyed by the careless workers. They pushed my driver's side seat all the way up and a piece of the car got stuck in the track. They kept trying to force the seat back when it was clear that one side was not moving at all, causing the seat to do a twisting motion. They freed the track and the seat works for now. I'm sure that extreme amount of force was NOT beneficial to the seat motor or mechanisms. They also got an oil-ly substance all over my driver seat while trying to force it back. I'm furious. Absolutely furious, it's a Mercedes, TREAT IT LIKE ONE! I've reached out to the manager Robert, and he never responded. He just straight up doesn't care about his customers. FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH, DO NOT GO HERE!!
I was told my "Super Clean" would take 1 hour... 2hrs and 15 min later my car still sat untouched. I complained the jumped on my car and got the job done. I was refunded and give a gift certificate for my next visit. The did their best to make it right but i did lose a big part of my Saturday...
First time paid for the super detail. Got wax all over the black plastic parts of my truck. After being in the sun those parts look ashy and it won't come off. Second time paid the 30 dollars for a wash. Bugs still all over the front of my truck and they only glossed up three wheels. Lol don't waste your time here. It's over priced and quality work is not enforced there.
If you go to this place, which I now don't recommend, remove all items from your car yourself otherwise don't expect to get it back!
