I am new to the area and decided to get my truck an oil change and it came with a free car wash. I was excited because i normally go to a similar one in tampa. The cashier took my vehicle and immediately drove it into a slot to advise what oil was needed. I choose to go with high mileage for my 85000. It was recommended due to my job of driving. No problem. Colon went to check my air filter and it needed to exchanged. He wanted to charge 30 for an air filter and installation. Then when he seen my face he said i can do 19.99. Ummm no. Ill buy my own sir. He then put my air filter in upside down. Didnt put back the clamps that covered the air filter. And then cashier was rushing to charge me when i had one simple question. The free was was trash. Never again!!!
Called Splash Car Wash and Lube in advance to have alignment done on my 17 yr old daughters car. I was told over the phone to come in and given a discounted price for the current special they were running just for alignments. She nervously drove her car, which was pulling like crazy. Once we arrived around 10 a.m., we were then notified it wouldn't be done that day and the price increased by almost $40 for alignment to be done the following day. So we sit and wait for AAA to pick up car and take to Tire Plus, whom after I explained the situation, not only are they taking her car right in for alignment, they also offered a lovely discount under the circumstances. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. All though they may have friendly service, I have reason to believe based on my experience they are truly dishonest and unsavory to a paying customer. NOT GOOD ETHICS FOR A LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!
Staff are very polite and overall do great work. Have used the car wash, oil change and detailing. Felt they were honest about charges and offered options from value to premium materials so you can choose what you can afford.
I have been around for a minute. Seen alot of businesses but few with this kind of Customer Care. Splash goes out of their way to do the extra mile service. I am so pleased with this place. Great staff Great customer care. Check them out and walk away pleased . Thanks God Bless
Warning: Terrible business. Do not ever go here! I went with my new car never have taken it through a car wash yet, pulled up to go through the wash and the railing that holds your tire in place is not properly maintained with cracked plastic exposing metal that has scratched my whole rim on drivers side. I tried to tell the managers and one manager very rude said it was not them and walked away. I then asked to see the owner who is VERY unprofessional would not even talk or look at the damage. He went to hiding and called the cops and stated he wanted to file for trespassing and I'm to never come back. That Is how HE does business. They have damaged my car and will not take responsibility. They were all very rude and I hope noone ever goes there! Sickening. You need to be shut down.
