First of, let me start this review by saying that I've been a member of Sam's club since 2002. I like the store and its products. However, the lack of professionalism from part of the managers at the Brandon store makes me gave a one star review because as we all know the customer satisfaction is the number one priority ANYWHERE! (when I bought a $1,000+ TV that was defective and wanted to have a few words with the manager this one refused to come up to the costumer service area by making excuses and instead the cashier/"customer service specialist" had to handle the situation. Totally rude and wrong way to proceed from the managers who suppose to come up to the front and listen to customers feedback and complains because its not only part of their job but what a qualified professional manager would have done!)
The bakery did a great job on my son's cake. It was a 2 tier yellow and red cake which we converted into a Pokemon cake. Great tasting!
I love shopping here and do so frequently with my family. We love the cafe and taking advantage of the wholesale bargains
This is a very busy club. You can tell that the staff is trying hard to assist everyone and over all I think they do a good job. I always find what I need and when I can't, I've had someone spend over half an hour helping me find the information I needed to get my product. Sometimes it seems like they could use more registers open, but I've also gone in and every register was open and lines were still long. There is no way around the fact that it's just busy. However, over all it's a good place to do your shopping. Thanks for all your hard work, sams club!
I shopped at the South Tampa Sam's Club and thought I had purchased a laptop. However, the store did not have the one I purchased so they checked and found me one at the Bradenton Florida Sam's. I went there and purchased the computer I was looking for. The young lady at the electronics counter found the computer before I paid and helped finish the sale. As I went to leave the parking lot that same young lady ran after me as I had inadvertantly left my cell phone on the counter. She was so kind to do that. Sam's Club should be proud of their employees and their true customer service. I had a great experience at both stores.
