I bought a complete master bedroom set including a mattress Feb 2012. I paid more for the mattress than i normally would have because I have a very bad back. I have this in my FL condo. I still work full-time so I only am able to come to FL once every 8 weeks and stay 7 to 10 days. So it is not that I use the mattress every day.

I should have trusted prior comments. You better hope for a flawless delivery, which appears to be rare, because once they have your money they don't care anymore. Everything falls apart once you leave the store. They shouldn't have even had anyone delivering the Friday before the hurricane hit but they did. Then both ends of the sofa ends up with scratched material, and I noticed after delivery the cushions aren't sweet sewn in right and one of the springs are clicking. When I called in the problem I was told a "manager" had to come. With less than a day's notice they give me a two hour window that didn't work for me and were unable to be flexible at all. Luckily things managed to work out but the "manager" was nothing more than a furniture repairman. We agreed upon replacement and I haven't been called since to arrange.

Communication error caused 2-3 day extension of bed delivery date...after we had moved things to prepare for delivery. Called Mike, manager. He arrived with new king bed and frame, took apart old bed and reassembled in another room(!!!), then brought in new bed and assembled it...ALL OF IT ALONE! No extra employee available. THEN...I realized dog got out when bed was brought in! So Mike drove me around till we found him.Great job Mike. Appreciate that "extra over the top" service. Recommend this store highly! Mike will get it done ya'll!!!

Would not RECOMMEND!! We normally order from American Signature and have had a couple problems in the past with delivery, but nothing like the delivery we just Received. We ordered a mattress set, the box spring was completely wrapped in plastic and sealed while the mattress wasn't. It was half way wrapped and the plastic that they had on it didn't even cover the entire mattress just half way and taped. The mattres is DIRTY AND HAS STRANDS OF HAIRS ON IT. The hairs are on the part that is wrapped in PLASTIC how is that possible!! The delivery crew gave my family member cleaning supplies to CLEAN IT OURSELVES! And when I call the store to complain about the dirty mattress, they tell me they can send someone out to CLEAN THE MATTRESS THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW!! Um NO! When I asked to speak to a manager no one has called back over 2 days and I get the run around, And I get the run around. I call the corporate office and have to wait 24-48 hours to speak to a manager!!!So now we have to wait over a week to receive a new mattress! So disappointed. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

So, once again, I am in FL and now this new mattress is defective. The threads are coming out of the top of the mattress. So another $200 and another delivery charge. Don't waste your money.

In Feb of 2015, I noticed the springs in the middle of the mattress were sticking up so I called customer service. Long story short, after making arrangements with a neighbor to let the service tech in my condo, I was able to get a replacement. Surprise - of course they do not make or carry that mattress any more so now I have to pay an additional $273 for a similar mattress PLUS $60 (discounted) for delivery. What choice do I have as I cannot get the mattress home in my car. I think that charging delivery to replace defective merchandise is terrible customer service.

Awful experience!! We were told our purchase would be available to be picked on Thursday. We even received a notification saying it was delivered to the store. We called to make sure it was ok if we waited for the weekend and was assured it was here and ready whenever we were. Arrived today to find out our purchase was never delivered and was still sitting at the distribution center in Georgia. Plain out lied to our faces and didn’t even make sure our purchase arrived, they probably wouldn’t have know until we came looking for it. Look for another furniture store because obviously customer satisfaction is not their goal.
