Dennis is the guy you want to help you. No pressure, just knowledgeable help. Time is of the essence for us, and we felt the process was fluid without being pushy. He even is helping us with our warranty claim on our old furniture! If the deal is as good as it was this time, we’ll be back in a few weeks for a mattress and maybe a few more odds and ends. Great quality furniture too, this is our third trip buying different items and they have held up well for years.
First time buying a bed, we had a rough time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we picked the wrong bed the first time. When we found what we wanted they did anything they could to accommodate us. The pricing is very competitive and the sales are great. Special shout out to Mr. Harry Serrano for his kindness and help finding the right bed and getting us a great deal. He is an exceptional person and cares most about customer satisfaction. He will go to any length he can to make sure your happy. Thanks Mr. Serrano!
My shopping experiences at Ashley have been nothing less than perfect. I came in looking for a Queen bedroom set. Dennis greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He made me feel more than welcome. He also let me browse the store first to see what I liked and then made some suggestions to me. Dennis was awesome and he made my buying experience pleasurable. We had an amazing experience this morning at Ashley Furniture. With the great help from Dennis Newsome. He is so friendly and helpful. Gave us space to look around, but always there at the right moment. Got a sectional and our dinning room, price was right. Can’t wait to go back and get our dresser and accent chair.
Dennis was great to work with. His customer service skills were awesome- he was never pushy, but always nearby when I had a question. I can be somewhat quirky but he remained patient and helpful. He also saved me a ton of money. This will be my first stop the next time I shop for furniture, and I will definitely ask for Dennis.
