Waited 30mins for the hair stylist to arrive for my appt for highlights and a cut and she didn't even show and they couldn't even contact her by phone. What a waste of time and really poor service
Review for lash extentions. Its not easy to find a good clean eyelash tech while you travel. But Shelby deserves all the compliments. She did an excellent job on my lashes. Super clean and natural looking. Full set took about 1.5 hours. I wish i could come back for a fill.
So cut it short I found this salon showed them pictures of make up and hair I wanted for my wedding day. They told me no problem they could do it the girl is really good. Come morning of my wedding day. She couldn’t get my hair to sit secure, didn’t even have what she needed for the style I wanted and sent another girl to go and get it. So after my hair was done which was nothing like the picture I accepted it as time was running low and my other family members were getting there hair and make up done. Another girl tried to do my make up the make up she was using was extremely cheap make up that didn’t even show up on my skin and was super out dated. I’m talking those eyeliner pencils that arnt even pingmented. So my photographer kept calling me for my before pictures and this time i still had to get dress and put on my jewelry which they said they would do. The worst bit it nothing was complete my hair was frizzy at the top I had to run to the mall and beg Mac to do my wedding make up they agreed but had to wait for moments to become free as you usually need an appointment. It wasn’t great but better then not having no make up on your wedding day. This salon charge me and my family full price even for incomplete work, not just on me but my mother in law and sister in laws. Made me miss my photography picture and turn up late to my wedding not looking how I dreamed after promising me so much more. I cried on my wedding day and it was because of this salon.
Waiting on my hair to grow out so I can go to a professional to fix what they did.. Stay away!
