Very poor service took them forever and to top it off the guy who worked on my daughter's nails did a poor job! A lady kept checking up on him and he hurt one of my daughter's nails to were he filed it too much and it burnt her and then the nails were lumpy and to top it off it was 28$ and 2 nails fell off the next day! Plus left a tip that he didn't deserve but they ask a tip? Appreciated wow smh had to take her to a different nail salon to get her nails fixed and this guy did a amazing job! Never going back to this place not even to recommend it to no one
Waste your time somewhere else. I called in advance for an appointment. Walked in 30 mins before the appointment and was barely acknowledged. 15 minutes after the appointment and everyone was still busy and no one bothered to say anything to me or give an update when they will be ready. I called another salon up the street from that shop and left. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of 45 minutes
Technicians are sadistic and don't seem to care if they are causing you pain. Tina pushes and shoves to force you into positions that she thinks are correct for relaxation. When she put hot towels on my legs during the pedicure, they were scalding. After adjusting the temp, she wrapped my calves and then kept shoving my legs so they were straight. I needed them bent at the knees slightly - for my comfort. Tina did not like this and kept scolding me, using both hands to force my legs straight again, no matter what I said.
I love this place!!! The service was super professional and quick. I recommend Sophia, she is the best!!!! She took care of me like no other, I will be coming back soon!!
The best salon I have been to in months! My nails and toes were done to perfection! They took really good care of me. I will be a regular there from now on. I really surprised to see the negative reviews. Great find!
