I was so shocked by her attitude. I will never shop there again. Neither will my father, who heard the conversation (speakerphone).
I had an issue with replacing connecting pieces for my BBQ gas line. Chad not only helped me find the correct connecting pieces but he installed them for me because they were so difficult to remove from the existing connectors. I truly appreciate this type of service and kindness. Thanks Chad! You're awesome! :)
Are you aware that Ace Hardware does not except returns from their other stores? I Purchased to sink items five days before the hurricane hit when I went to return them to a different a store because it was convenient for me they said they would not accept them back at the Bloomingdale location because they were hurricane supplies? Some discussion about sink parts being not hurricane supplies the manager said they would do me a favor sarcastically to return them? Items were non-used and they had a receipt.. good luck I will never come back here again
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You will pay more for most things, but I believe the service received is worth the little extra. Also a better choice then driving to the big box store, a time saver for me.
Helpful staff, but pet-safe insecticide I sought was not carried.
I called them on Tuesday to see if they had water and batteries. Someone answered the phone and after I asked, she told me she didn't have time to check, that if I wanted to know, I had to come into the store, and that she didn't have time to talk to me because she had a line of people, and then hung up on me.
Traffic was awful and no one had water which is why I called first. I was already on the road, I just wanted to know if they had the supplies I needed, and if not, to try elsewhere. I was not rude, I merely asked if they had water and batteries. I understand she was probably frustrated and stressed, but she wasn't the only one and I didn't take my issues out on her.
