Best service I've ever gotten. Had a few needs for hurricane prep and I had 3 people going to get stuff and help get me the few things I needed. It was refreshing to visit such a great staff. Well done.
I spent 45 minutes picking out lumber, screws, etc. in this place. Then, when I went to go get the wood cut, the wood saw was down. Lowe's had time to surround the saw with pallets and put up an out of order sign, but they couldn't be bothered to put up a sign on the front door or even let their other employees know. That was a lot of time wasted for nothing. I knew I should have gone to Home Depot, but this store was just closer to where I was at at the time. Never again!
ONE SOLID HOUR just to get FIVE window shades trimmed to size. Employee obviously in NO hurry to do her job. Never again... Home Depot from now on.
I just had a wonderful experience with Jose and Sebastian who delivered my new fridge. Jose is a great asset to Lowes, this is my 2nd time meeting him and I appreciate his customer service!
I had placed an online order and got an email telling me my order was ready when I got to customer service after standing in line for 5 minutes I got up to the customer service person and said I'm ready to pick up my order and they said we will go get it and I said it says it's ready for pickup they said well we'll have to go get it 15 minutes later it showed up not a good experience Home Depot does a much better job.
