The place is always clean. All the machines are working 99.9% of the time. These two are very important to me. Nothing like getting all your laundry out just to find out machines aren't available because they aren't working. Another thing that's a plus is the people who work there. Always nice and helpful. Keeping things clean and running smoothly.
Best laundry mat and they have discount hours. Maria is always very helpful and makes sure things keep moving along on busy days by making sure everyone was getting washers and dryers

Very clean and the machines work well. I feel they are very competitively priced, as far as I can tell. And I would also like to add ( and this is kinda big in my book) they are literally the ONLY laundromat in Brandon, Valrico, Riverview and Seffner that has prices on their website, GREAT BIG KUDOS to you for that one! One of the owners always seems to be on the premises, at least while I was there.
It's a clean place and has newer machines. I'd keep my car locked around that intersection. The neighborhood isn't necessarily bad, but at night, you see all sorts of people.
