They are the worst. They damaged my hemmed pants twice and will not issue a refund. They wouldn't return my calls and they lied about the entire situation. I have reported them to the better business bureau. The owner and his wife are disrespectful and will not follow up on phone calls. The owner lied and said he was someone else on the phone and has his workers lying for him. One of his workers even said they do a horrible job on hemming. Please stay away from this cleaners. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I have never written a review in all my 38 years.

Nelson has been cleaning my clothes for years he's a staple in my life and makes me look sharp every single day thanks to his efforts he's about the most affordable you're going to find in Brandon and actually get decent service I highly recommend this place
Store moved with no notice. Had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my clothes. They wouldn't offer any discount. Stay away.
Had my son's girlfriend took it here for some alterations and a cleaning/pressing. The zipper needed to be replaced on her prom dress. The seam around the new zipper was very crooked. I complained and they redid it but it was almost just as bad the second time around. Time was of the essence so couldn't wait to have them try a third time. We were so busy trying to get everyone ready that we didn't notice how filthy the dress was until we were taking prom pictures. THERE IS NO WAY THEY CLEANING IT and we paid $20 for that. All total, we were out almost $50 and could not be any less satisfied! Good and quick but make sure you take your blood pressure medication first!
