Horrible horrible place DONT GO BEWARE!!!! Very rude people!!! You ask questions and they ignore you!!!
I have been going to this salon for 6 years and I will NEVER go anywhere else! The service is great--yes they speak mostly Spanish and much of the time I cannot understand it but they are quite friendly. Those who are speaking of customer service issues should remember that what is culturally appropriate for one group of people may not be for another. If YOU are friendly, generally people are friendly in return. I have never been treated anything but nice at this salon and as you continue to go it feels more like family than anything else. My stylist knows my name, knows how many kids I have, where I work, etc. She always makes conversation and I feel comfortable just walking in without an appointment. I don't know ANYWHERE that you can go without scheduling an appointment and get out in 2 hours or less. Try it out. You will NOT be disappointed!
Visited last week, Anna was very cordiall and polite. She gave me a great wash and a killer blowout that has endured the tremendous humidity in our weather. I paid a reasonable charge. Do know that it is standard for a stylist to charge more if your hair is longer and texture involves more work. As long as it is done right. I will be back.
Horrible I asked for a certain cut and they gab me the opposite I will NEVER go back to this place they have reasonable prices but not for how they cut I DONT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
amazing place!!! my hair looks the best it has ever been, only one problem which was a miss of communication, i didn't state what o wanted clearly so they re did it no problem at all! They were ok with fixing it! And unlike other places it was free of you don't like it. It came out extremely beautiful and I am not more confident than I have ever been, I had struggled with not liking me and this really helped. Very nice place and people, 5 out 5 for sure!!
