Can you please tell me how you think this is acceptable and a job well done? On top of the nails being two different colors and it all over my skin as well as clumpy... I was charged for a manicure as well and all he did was put my fingers in a bowl of water. All I wanted was nail polish change. When I question the colors as well as the charges Charlie said no no no you pay and it a good. No it's not ok and no it's not good. I know have to go have some place else redo tomorrow. So $120 for nails to be painted... this place is horrible and will absolutely spread the word and write every possible bad review i can a long with my receipt dated from today, pictures, receipt from tomorrow and follow up pictures!!!! Horrible service and the customer service is even worse.
Ester fixed my hair, tried to do platinum blonde myself and ended with orange roots, Ester fixed it no more orange no more roots and she did long layers it looks amazing. staff was not rude to me most of them speak broken English they may seem rude to some people but they were nice to me. my girlfriend had her hair done too she got highlights from a different stylist it came out very nice too. would recommend for hair.
When I tried to call and speak with a manager the female would not let me get a word in edge wise and kept talking over me. When I raised my voice to try and ask her to stop talking and let me talk she hung up on me. When I called back once again to again try and explain that my skin is stained blue, I paid for services I did not ask for not did receive, she said they did not do anything wrong and I was just unhappy. Tried to tell her I sent pictures so they can see and she once again hung up on me. She also stated that she tried to call me back when she heard me question the job done. Unfortunately no one made any attempts.. my daughter was there with me and her mouth was dropped. Not one word other then you pay and it's ok. Never in my 20+ years have I had such a horrible job done and even worse customer service!!! This place should not be in business at all!

Horrible place to go! I can't believe Brandon Mall allows these people to do business in the mall. Horrible customer service. The Tech was absolutely rude because there was one fingernail poorly done and I needed correction. He lied and said nothing could be done. When my friend mentioned he could build the nail up because she is experienced, he started yelling and screaming saying she should my nails. This absolutely an awful place.

I came here after first going to Mastercuts and seeing they only had one person working who was busy and didn't even notice me come in. Frankly, I wish I'd waited. Honestly it was partly my own fault, as the lady who greeted me here barely spoke English. I say this out of absolutely no desire to appear racist, but the problem being that you need to be able to communicate clearly to your stylist what you want, and I was not totally sure she understood what I was asking for, despite me showing her a picture. Me being shy and her being very insistent, I went along with it. I wish I had gotten her name, she was a hispanic woman with long black hair. She was extremely rough with my hair throughout to the point of me wincing and gasping in pain, though she acted like she didn't notice. The cut turned out alright thankfully, but the way she styled it I first looked like a country music star at the CMT awards, and when she tried to fix it I looked like Farrah Fawcett. Not at all the desired look.. On top of this, when I got home I realized that despite her trimming my ends, they were now rough and frazzled looking like they'd had heat damage. (On top of her being way too rough with my hair, she also held the blow dryer for extended periods of time close to my scalp. It's like she forgot the hair was attached to a person. I swear I smelled the scent of burning hair a few times.) When I expressed my displeasure she tried to fix it but told me I was being picky and that it looked good. After sitting there way longer than it should have taken, I finally had to ask her if I could just pay and leave. I regret being a little rude with her, but seriously sitting there having her yank my hair for over an hour was like torture, only to have it not turn out as requested. Pictured are what I asked for AND showed her pictures of, but not what I got. I will not be returning here, I feel like I wasted money. Mastercuts would have been cheaper and I know I would have gotten what I wanted.
Prices are reasonable and you won't get better treatment anywhere in the greater Tampa area.
