I walked into this place on a weekday very early in the afternoon for a simple pedicure. Their door clearly reads "WALK-INS WELCOME". I was told they would be happy to make an appointment for me to come back. All you need is a cheap razor blade to scrape the aforementioned message off your door.

Reflections is definitely the best salon I've ever been to Koryn and her staff are great! The service is always prompt and professional. Koryn is an amazing stylist. She always takes her time regardless of how busy or late it is. She knows what colors will work best for me and she goes above and beyond styling my hair so I leave looking fabulous! She recently did my daughters first haircut and pampered her with a shampoo, trim, and took the time to style her hair with a cute braid after. They also presented with a lock of hair keepsake certificate. I highly recommend this salon!
I was looking forward to trying a new place and having a great experience. I requested a pedicure with shellac and was scheduled with Liz. When she had trouble getting the UV light to work, she suggested that instead of shellac she use her gel polish, which did not require the light to be used, and assured me that it would have the same results. In order to use the gel polish we had to move from the pedicure room in the back of the salon to her station near the front. I walked barefoot to her station as I had worn closed toed shoes and I was not offered any spa sandals. After we arrived at her station, she told me that she was going to polish my toes first and then she would do the massage. I never received the massage and on top of that she made me bleed on 2 separate occasions. At her station I had to put my feet in her lap in order for her to apply the polish. By the time I got home, the polish was completely messed up, as if I had put wet polish into my shoes, nothing like shellac at all. When I called to schedule a time to have them re-painted, Liz was not flexible at all with her availability. After 3 weeks of trying to schedule with her I requested a refund so that I could afford to have the service done correctly somewhere else. I was informed that after 3 weeks a refund is not available, even though the only reason it had been 3 weeks was because she would not accommodate my schedule. I traveled from Plant City to Valrico, spent over 2 hours at the salon, and payed 80.00 to end up giving myself a pedicure. I will not be back!!
