I absolutely love coming to this jewelry store. The associates are always so nice and helpful. The customer service they provide is superb. They have a variety of quality pieces for a smaller store, but that is what makes them such a special find.
Kathie was amazing!!! She went over and above to make my dreams come true. The service and selection is great. She never slowed down, listened to all my wants and needs and helped me find the perfect wedding set.
I had great service at the Brandon store! Everyone there was so friendly every time I went in. Frank helped me pick out beautiful pieces to get the ring I wanted and then Garry, the jeweler, did an awesome job of putting the pieces together and it is better than I expected. I do not like my jewelry to be shipped off anywhere so I am thankful to find a place with an on-site jeweler that I trust.
I was very pleased with my experience at Kiefer Fine Jewelers. Karen Blair greeted me as soon as I came in and listened to the problem I had with my ring. She had Garry Miller, the jeweler, look at it and determine how to fix it. They said it would take about a week, but it was ready in 3 days. I picked up and it fit perfectly.
The staff at Kiefer Jewelers were very courteous, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely continue to come here to have them service my jewelry needs.
