Have been a customer of Martin's for 24 years and have always been very pleased with the professional customer service and quality of jewelry! And the fact that Martin's Jewelers is a family owned store makes it even more special to the Brandon community!
Great and honest staff. Adjusted my Seiko watch without a charge and are not looking to make a quick buck like most Jewelers, given the other watch I had them looked at. I've only gone in 3 times so far but I don't see a reason to go elsewhere given their service.
They replaced batteries in 4 watches and said since I waited so long and was from a little further than their normal customer they only charged me for 3 batteries...awesome. However, one watch they said the battery wasn't what needed to be fixed and I left behind for their watch maker to look at and said it was the quartz time movement that needed to be replaced ($75). I then took somewhere else to see how much they would charge for the same repair, and surprise...it was only the battery that needed to be replaced! Good thing I didn't leave behind to get replaced, they tried to scam me and get extra money when in the end they would only need to replace the battery. Shame that it happened, was excited that I found a reasonable jeweler in the area only to find out that isn't true.

Martin's is and has been the best Jewelry store in Brandon since I was a kid and still is. They are very honest and the staff is tremendously helpful. It is top notch and has beautiful jewelry, from watches to wedding rings. I would highly suggest that if you are new in the area and looking for jewelry or maybe to just get an old watch fixed, they are the people to see. Two thumbs up!
They did a fantastic job replacing a watch crystal for me in less time than quoted. It's so much easier to take it to someone local than dealing with shipping and paying the same price elsewhere.
